UK-PAY: No XML Output File Produced From RTI - Earlier Year Update Process (EYU) 2016/17 Process (Doc ID 2885171.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:


The customer had changes to an employee record going back, which required them to run the RTI - Earlier Year Update Process (EYU) 2016/17 processes from the 2016/17 year forward.
When attempting to run the RTI - Earlier Year Update Process (EYU) 2016/17 process, the customer noticed that no XML Output file was generated.
The issue can be seen in the application Requests form, following the below path: View > Request > Find Request > Request form

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to UK HRMS Responsibility

  2. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New Request
     
  3. Run RTI - Earlier Year Update Process (EYU) 2016/17 process  > noticed that no XML output file is generated
