Error APP-INV-05443 Negative Balances Not Allowed on Worker Order Move Transaction (Doc ID 2885224.1)

Symptoms

Encounter the following error when attempting to perform move transaction/backflush related transaction for any lot controlled component items.
 
Error
APP-INV-05443: Negative balances not allowed
 
Steps
1. Create a Discrete job with lot controlled components

2. Navigate to WIP>Move Transactions>Move Transactions
Or
WIP>Material Transactions>Completion Transactions where Backflush transactions are required
