Assessment Search Page In Supplier Profile Is Not Showing Default Results

On : 12.2.9 version,
Default assessment search within the supplier profile is not working.
Assessment tab in Supplier Profile section does not show the default
assessment results. Users will have to click on the go button every time to
know that there are assessments already defined. This is misleading users to
assume that there are no assessments.
When accessing the Assessments page from the supplier profile all assessments for that
supplier should appear, without having to click the "Go" button
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Supplier Management Administrator responsibility.
2. Search for a supplier and click on click on the update icon.
3. In the update supplier page, click on the Assessment section.
4. Expect that the default page should show results instead of always clicking on the Go button.
