Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Setup flow

Getting following error when navigating to Problem Codes Tab in Service HTML Setup


ERROR

oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[AR ].


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service Responsibility
3. Navigate to Setup>Definitions>HTML Setup >Problem Codes
