Two "iProcurement Home page" are showing using CLM custom/seeded responsibility.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on as CLM user
2. Click on "CLM iProcurement" seeded or custom CLM responsibility
3. See two:

iProcurement Home Page
