When attempting to Add Competencies on Competency Profile page, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Employee Self Service responsability

2. Navigate to Professional Details > Competency profile

3. Click on Add Competencies button

4. Get error
