Invited Supplier Field From Monitor Supplier Activities Is Blank (Doc ID 2886097.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2.10, 'Invited Supplier' Field from Monitor Supplier Activities is not showing any values. Before upgrade there was 'Yes' , 'No' values there.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Sourcing Super User > Negotiations
2. Search for published negotiation RFI XX
3. Select actions = Monitor Supplier Activities
4. Click Go
5. See  "Invited Supplier' = NULL.
