On : 12.2.9 version, Reports - PO and RCV
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Invoice Price Variance Report is running from last two days
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Invoice Price Variance Report need to complete its Run as soon as possible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to a Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to View Request
3. Submit a new request - select the "Invoice Price Variance Report"
Observe the Invoice Price Variance Report is running for Long
