When querying Order Number In Quick Ship  or Shipping Transaction Forms, performance is poor returning results.

Find enviroment has fixed file versions for known performance issue documented in the following:

R12.2.x Shipping Transaction Form Performance Issue With the Order Number List of Values ( LOV ) (Doc ID 2850445.1)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Navigate to Quick Ship Form and/or Shipping Transaction Form.
4. Query - > Select Order Management from Source System.
5. Go to Order Number LOV.
6. Click the LOV.
7. Enter '%' and click find.
8. Order Numbers retrieved slowly.
