Tax Not Applied In One Of The Line Items In A Sales Order But AR Invoice Had Tax For This Line (Doc ID 2886751.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax is not applied in one of the line Items in a Sales Order line but Tax got applied on corresponding AR Invoice Line

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect tax to get applied on Sales order line also

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will but can be verified for problematic sales order line as below

1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Orders,Returns>Sales Orders
2. Query the problematic sales order and go to lines
3. Select the line, click on Actions>View Tax details
4. Notice Tax is not applied on the line
5. Select the line, click on Actions>Additional Line information and go to Invoices/credit memos tab
6. Select the invoice created and click on Invoice details button
7.  Go to Lines tab in Invoice form and notice tax calculated against same sales order line
