Previously completed in 15 seconds now its taking more than 1 hr

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Pick Release SRS should complete in 15 seconds

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2.Navigate to Shipping
3.Release sales order SRS
4.Run
