On : 12.2.8 version, Interface Trip Stop
Order line stuck in picked status and delivery detail status interfaced
Sales order line is Interfaced in WMS, but still in status Picked in OM.
Appears to be an OM Workflow issue as the delivery line is interfaced as expected.
Need to get the line in status closed.
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate >Shipping >Interfaces >Run
enter 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS'
