Symptoms

When attempting to open Talent Matrix tab from Succession Planning page, the following error occurs:

ORA - 01436 connect by loop in user data



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Succession Planning for Administrators responsibility.

2. Navigate to Succession Planning.

3. Go to Talent Matrix tab.

4. Get Error.
