Have 2 orders lines stuck in FULFILLED status. Unable to
progress these order lines to progress to CLOSED.
STEPS

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order: nnnnnn686
3. Header: Booked
4. Lines 11.1..1, 11.1..2 > FULFILLED Status.
