The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User
3. Navigate to
a. Trade Management >> Budget
b. Trade Management >> Trade Planning
c. Trade Management >> Claim
d. Trade Management >> Offer
e. Trade Management >> Product
f. Trade Management >> Customer
