Changing Customer Profile Class From DEFAULT To A New Profile Class Gives Error No cust_profile_amt_rec Was Found For ID (Doc ID 2887266.1)

Symptoms

When updating the customer profile class for a customer, from profile class DEFAULT to a new created profile class the below error is raised:

 

No cust_profile_amt_rec was found for ID <99999>
 


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Customers > Profile Classes

  1. Create a Profile Class similar to DEFAULT profile class, but with different currency.

 

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Customers > Customers

  1. Search for a customer
  2. Click in Account Details
  3. Click in Account Profile tab
  4. Change the Profile Class field value from DEFAULT to the new created Profile Class
  5. Save

 

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
