Goal

Please provide information for pay_user_table_check and pay_user_table_qualifier functions. No examples exist within PAY_GROUP_EVENT_PKG for these functions, but they are referenced within Enhanced Retropay for User Defined tables documents. 
 
Also, what is the difference between the pay_user_table_check and pay_user_table_qualifier functions?
