Symptoms
When attempting to Cancel a batch,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

One or more items in this Pending batch have an Actual Quantity, which should not be the case in a Pending batch.
Please contact Support to get a data fix
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Production Supervisor responsibility
2. Navigate to Batch Details and query the batch
3. Go to Actions > Cancel
