Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub
During iProcurement punchout and when transferring the shopping cart from supplier's punchout site the following error occurs

Error
The supplier did not provide a description for an item.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Punchout to supplier site from iProcurement
2 Fill cart
3 Checkout
4 Transfer Shopping Cart
5 Receive message "The supplier did not provide a description for an item."
