Symptoms

Users want to call pluggable User Defined Attribute (UDA) screen from Project Contract/Inter-Military Interdependental Purchase Request (MIPR) screens. At the time this screen is called the project agreement does not exists and it not linked to the Intragovernmental Transaction (IGT) Order. Users need to be able to add other UDA Attributes.
