Grade/Status History Form on Lot Genealogy Does Not Show Initial Status Change Done on the Sample Change Disposition Form (Doc ID 2887633.1)

After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 find that the Grade/Status History form is not showing the initial status change that was done on the sample change disposition form.
If a second sample is created and the status changed on the disposition form, it shows correctly in the grade/status history.
The records are populated in the MTL_MATERIAL_STATUS_HISTORY and the status is updated on the lot.

Additionally, status changes done on the lot form show correctly.

This was working correctly in 12.1.3 release.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Display all the historical events on the Grade/Status History form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After create a sample in OPM Quality > Item Samples while changing the disposition of the sample update the status.
2. Then go to Warehouse Manager responsibility > Inquiry > View Lot Numbers > View Genealogy
3. Material Transaction tab > Grade/Status button.
4. Information for the status change made on sample disposition is not displayed.
