On : 12.2.8 version, Journal Entry
When trying to create the journal batch and Vendor details needs to populate from DFF. When viewing the Vendor name details system is throwing the below error.

APP-FND-01564: Oracle error 24345 in fdlget
Cause : fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occured.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT --------------------and was excuted from the file &ERRFILE.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GL
2. Journal/Enter
3. Creating the journal batch and Vendor details needs to populate from DFF.
4. System throwing the error when viewing the Vendor details.
