UPK: Additional Content In Knowledge Path Doesn't Reset Completion Status

Symptoms
When adding additional material to a Knowledge Path, it still shows Completed even though the new material is shown as partially completed.
Expect the Knowledge Path to show not completed after the learning path is added.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Knowledge Center
2. Open Knowledge Path
3. Add new learning module and save
4. See module has partial complete status, but Knowledge Patch shows completed.
