Goal

When a project is created and then deleted immediately (no transactions or any processing done on project) from the Projects form (PAXPREPR), the data in PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_HEADERS and PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_ACTUALS does not get purged

These SQLs still show data after deleting project:

There have been no summarization processes run for the project (Update Project Summary Amounts and Refresh Project Summary Amounts).

The expectation is that after the project is deleted, the data should deleted from PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_HEADERS and PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_ACTUALS .
