Goal
How to assign synchronous subscription to business event oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.shipconfirmed?
Customer is having issue with the following two business events:
1) oracle.apps.wsh.delivery.gen.shipconfirmed
2) oracle.apps.wsh.trip.gen.initialpickupstopclosed
Subscriptions have been made, and have been assigned a custom subscription with priority#110 i.e. in asynchronous mode. This is causing the business events to go into deferred state.
The Oracle R12 is used by multiple users (around 90-100) people at the same time..
Customer is looking for any solution to get the events out of their deferred state with minimum delay.
For the Oracle standard ship confirm business event, Currently customer changes the subscription to synchronous i.e priority#50 ,what will be the impact during ship confirm?
