Manual Line Splits On Internal Sales Orders Not Working (Doc ID 2888340.1)

After upgrade, users should now be able to split Internal order lines if they disable following processing constraint per <Document 2049574.1> :

Application: Order Management
Entity: Line
Operation: Split
User Action: Not Allowed
Condition Group: 9
Scope: Any
Validation Entity: Order Line
Record Set: Line
Validation Template: Internal Sales Order Line
Enabled: Checked
System: Unchecked (This was changed from checked to unchecked)

After clicking Split, window should close and lines should split

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Sales Order that needs to be updated
2. Select line to split
3. fill out split line window
4. window stays open and line does not split. No error and the split lines remains open
