Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Inventory Issues

When assigning the item to organization the following error occurs:

ERROR

APP-FND-01934: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ENI.ENI_OLTP_ITEM_STAR_U3) violated in Package ENI_ITEMS_STAR_PKG Procedure INSERT_ITEMS_IN_STAR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Navigation: Item> Item Master
3. Query item, assign item to organization
4. Click save, receive error
