Symptoms
Using G-Invoicing, Version 12.2
Actual:
FIDS Standards Organization Group Identifier is 36 chars which is causing both Groups page and download to fail.
Expected:
Group Identifiers that are greater than 30 characters should work properly.
Errors:
APP-FND-01030 Value <Group Id> is longer than its maximum length 30 Char
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit - Intragovernmental Groups for Agency Interface Program
2. Fails to download groups that have Group Identifier that is longer than 30 characters.
