On 12.2+ version, Customers Module, Customers>  Create/Maintain Customers

There is an error inactivating customer sites.

This record in table hz_cust_acct_sites cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation Receivables > Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
2. Navigate to the address entry form. 
3. Under the Account Site Information section there is  Account Site Address and Account Site Details.
    Both sections have a STATUS:  field.   Both STATUS fields are set to INACTIVE.
4. Apply and Error occurs.
