On : 12.2.9 version, Contract Funding

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application Spins After Clicking on the Create / Update Agreement Button

The application spins for over an hour and the process never completes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to complete in reasonable time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To "Contract Organizer"
2. Click the Flashlight icon and enter Number, click Find
3. Click "Go To..." and select "Authoring Workbench"
4. Add Expires on Date and Save
5. Click "Go To..." and select "Funding Workbench"
6. Enter the Amount and tab
7. Click on the first DFF field and populate *Note: Funding Amount fields cannot contain symbols
8. Save, then Click on Allocations
9. Enter the Data required, including the last DFF
10. Click Create/ Update Agreement
