On : 12.2.9 version, Canadian Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On the Canadian Ontario Provincial Tab of the Employee's Tax Form (PAYCATAX), the Additional Tax Field is Grayed Out

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------
Employee requesting to add additional tax to be deducted from their paycheck.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Received from the employee the Canadian Provincial TD1ON form requesting additional tax.
  2. Using the CA Super HRMS Manager Responsibility or Equivalent.
  3. Navigate to People > Enter > Maintain > Assignment > Tax Information (PAYCATAX) > Click on the Ontario Provincial Tab and the Additional Tax Field is grayed out.
  4. Unable to add additional tax on the Ontario Province Form.
