ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When Updating Requisition Lines LOV of GL Date Shows One Date Before The Date On The Page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LOV of GL Date should be the same date on the Edit Page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Iprocurement
Non-Catalog
Add to Cart
View Cart and Checkout
click Edit
click Update
click LOV of GL Date, pick date = 07/03/2022
but it shows 07/02/2022 on the Page
