Performance Issue when Opening the Asset Location Change Form (Doc ID 2889440.1)

There is a significant performance issue when opening the "Asset Location Change" form in the Lease Center. This form takes 6+ minutes to populate when it should populate in a few seconds.

1. Using the "Lease Center Agent, Lease QA1" responsibility, navigate to the Lease Center.
2. Click the Find button.
3. Search for a Lease Contract and open it.
4. Select the Assets tab.
5. Select an Asset and click the Asset Details button.
6. Click the "Update Asset Location" button (this is the button at the end of the Location Field with the two dots "..".
7. The "Asset Location Change" form opens after around 6 minutes.
