ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Lease Detail Report is not correct for the first period after transition date.

Before transition
Sep-2021
Cash 3,482.05
Interest accrual 430.72

After transition
Sep-2021
Cash 3,365.98
Interest accrual 416.37 430.72

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 expect the amounts to be the same before and after transition.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1/ Property Manager Reproducibility
2/ Other > Request > Run > Lease Detail Report
