Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to default Taxes based on Tax Rule determinants 'Ship From' and 'Ship To' on Purchase Order (PO).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax Rule should get applied on PO once Tax Rule is defined with determinants 'Ship From' and 'Ship To' and appropriate values are setup at source, Supplier address and Inventory location respectively.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Tax Rule based on below:
Application: Purchasing
Ship From: TN
Ship To: MH
Oracle Financials for India-> Tax Configuration-> Define Tax Rules
2. Create PO with required Ship From and Ship To Location and save.
India Local Purchasing-> Oracle Purchasing-> Purchase Orders
3. Navigate to Tools->India Tax Details and observe no Tax category is defaulted.
