Share Dashboard (Export to PDF) Option should be Working for MFG ECC Dashboards

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work in Process
2. WIP - Discrete - Discrete Command Center
3. Open Work Order Status Dashboard. Click on Share icon and select Export to PDF.
4. Nothing happens
