Getting following error when submitting the created volume offer for approval.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management Responsibility
3. Navigate to Trade Management -> Trade Planning -> Create Volume Offer ->
4. Request for Approval
