Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Solicitation

When attempting to Cancel or Amend a Solicitation shows system errors

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Demand Workbench -->Negotiation tab--> Select Solicitation
2. Click on Actions LOV and select Create Amendment and click on the GO button
3. Error occurs
