Getting an 'Unexpected Error' opening Service Contracts from the HTML Contracts Search Page (Doc ID 2890084.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a Service Contract from the Contract Search page, the following error occurs.

ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

STEPS
1. Using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility, navigate: Contract Administration > Contract Search.
2. Provide a contract number to search on.
3. Click the Go button.
4. The contract is retrieved on the bottom half of the page.
5. Click on the Contract Number (hyperlink) to open the contract.
6. Receive the error.

Changes

 If the profile option "ICX: Date format mask" value is other than DD-MMM-YYYY the error occurs.
