Symptoms


Intermittent HXC_NO_EXPLODED_BLOCKS. Tokens: Warning on timecard review page after upgrade to 19c.

There is  intermittent error  on timecard review page. This seems to go away after clearing cache and bouncing the database but after a while it returns.

This is consistently reproducible on all databases upgraded to 19c.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade Database to 19c.

2- Navigate to  Self service time > create timecard 

3- Enter time entries  more than 80 hours to trigger explosion  and click on continue .

4. In review page , there is no explosion and the warning message is displayed.

5-Click on submit Button , timecard is submitted but the explosion is not displayed .
