Multi-Row UDAs Filtering Retrieves Incorrect Number of Records for Number Attributes With Table Value Set (Doc ID 2890114.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 24, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Product Hub - Version 12.2.11 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For an item having multi-row UDAs (User Defined Attributes), filtering does not work correctly when the attribute is of number data type and attached to a table value set.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Development Manager > Item Catalog >Simple Search
2. Search for an item.
3. Choose the Item Attribute page>Click Update>Enter multiple values to the Attributes>Apply
4. Click show Filter>try to filter for one attribute
5. It retrieves more records than expected, for all the values related to table value sets.

Changes

 Upgraded from 12.2.9 to 12.2.11.

The filtering worked fine in 12.2.9.
