Symptoms

Generating the PDF for solicitation is not working and completes with the following error 

ERROR
Error: ORA-01422: Exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
ORA-06512: at " APPS.PON_DATATEMPLATE_PKG", line 334 and line 436

STEPS

1. Login to CLM Sourcing Responsibility
2. Create a Solicitation
3. Enter Address, Enter Lines, Enter Controls, Enter Suppliers, Enter Solicitation Publication
4. Enter Solicitation Publication
5. Approve
6. Review and Publish document
7. Published
8. PDF generation failed
