Symptoms
When attempting to update certain CLINs via modification, the following error occurs.
ERROR
The tax rate or the tax recovery rate is no longer effective for this shipment.
STEPS
1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Awards -> Modifications.
2. Search and select modification, select update and click on Go.
3. Update line 0002 and click on Save.
4. Reported error occurs.
