Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Support Codes
RMA transaction fails to Interface
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 'Exception in PROCESS_RMA_LINE : User-Defined Exception'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ship out the serialized item from organization A.
2. Receive it by RMA order into different organization, say B.
3. The transaction fails to interface.
