ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not all the approved timecards between a given Time Periods range are getting imported to Projects Accouting.
Log file of the Transaction Import program's concurrent request do not show any specific error messages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the Approved timecards should be imported to Projects Accouting in any given Time Periods range.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Responsibility > Project Billing Super User
2. Go to Submit Processes and Reports > Submit New request > Run PRC: Transaction Import.
