Goal

User has the Oracle Quality module enabled. While performing the PO receiving quality inspection, they are not able to see the HINT defined at the Quality Element. This is visible on the Oracle forms when invoking the Quality inspection. However this hint is not showing up in the MWA/MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Application) using the Telnet.
