Saved Search Is Giving Error "The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost." In Indirect Sales Management Page (Doc ID 2890779.1)

Symptoms

Saved search is giving the following error in Indirect Sales Management (IDSM) page.

ERROR
-----------------------
The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost.

ISSUE SCOPE
----------------------
Issue seems to be happening for the first batch in the saved search, it is not cache or batch issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User Responsibility
3. Navigate to Channel Revenue Management >Indirect Sales Management
4. Query a saved search and get the result of saved search
5. Select the first batch in the Saved Search and click Process Batch
