ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When submitting Italian Purchase VAT Register Report and Italian Payables Summary VAT Report the total amounts of recoverable tax and taxable recoverable fields are incorrect.
The issue can be seen in the output of the above two reports.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The total amounts of recoverable tax and taxable recoverable fields should be the exact sum of amounts of individual transactions fetched in the report and should be the same between Italian Purchase VAT Register Report and Italian Payables Summary VAT Report if fetched for the same parameters.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------

1. Go to Italian Payables responsibility.
2. Navigate to View -> Requests -> Submit New Request
3. Submit Italian Purchase VAT Register.
4. Submit another report Italian Payables Summary VAT Report for the same set of parameters as of the above request.
5. Verify the output of both requests for the total amounts of recoverable tax and taxable recoverable fields.
