ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an expense report is created in Mobile Fusion Expense Application (version 6.1), on the amount field, if a decimal number is filled in, it's rounded (example: 10.52$ become 11$).
The issue reproduces for all languages but not for English
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The amount should not be rounded
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the Oracle Fusion Mobile Expenses application
2. Create an Expense Report and add a line with the amount = 10.52 $
3. After saving the Expense Report, the amount becomes = 11$
