Symptoms

 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

“View Notification Details" is not available in Actions button on Sales Order form for AME enabled Outbound Sales Orders

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

“View Notification Details" should be available in action button to view Sales Order Approver history/details for AME Approved Orders

 Steps to Reproduce the Issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility > Orders, Returns > Query the Sales Order from Sales Order Form
  2. Create an Outbound Sales Order with AME approval
  3. Initiate “Book” action.
  4. Order status changes to “Pending Internal Approval”
  5. “View Notification Details” is not available under Action button
